What is the status of my order?
- Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
- Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
Can I change my order?
- We can only change orders that have not been processed yet. Please email us within 1 hour of placing your order at email@example.com
What is your Processing & Shipping time?
- For Apparel orders, please allow 2-5 business days to process your order for shipping. Shipping is standard 7-9 business days.
- Processing time for all CUSTOM ORDERS vary by product. Please refer to the product listing for details.
All of our products are custom made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the product and the defect.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
